I went to CVS about 2 weeks ago to buy some fuchsia lipstick. I saw the Argentinian lady at the empanada place wearing it, and I thought it was amazing. But when i was browsing around, I saw this CORAL color! ooooh i bought both colors to try at home. I have worn the coral a few times already, but finally got a picture with it today. The outfit is also what I lived in for about a week during barbri because it is so comfortable. The silk shirt is the most comfortable, and I am definitely taking it with me to Asia.

Today is our last day studying together in moot courtroom B. Although this last two months have been very trying and excruciating, I would not have spent it with anyone else but these peeps!! We have been together at least 12 hours a day, everyday, for the last month solid. All the Micky D, Mags donuts, Milk + Honey, Boiling Crab, Mentatsu, and A&J only accompanies the most awesome lunch and dinner conversations about MBE questions. If i pass the bar, it is all because of this group.

“If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. He will put some things behind, will pass an invisible boundary; new, universal, and more liberal laws will begin to establish themselves around and within him.” – Henry David Thoreau

This snakeskin belt is my mother’s. Someone gave it to her as a gift on her wedding day, and she just had it tucked away in her closet for 20 years. I, of course, came across it, and squealed delightfully the minute I got my hands on it. She let me have it, and I pair it with as many things as I can. She says it came from Vietnam, so I love it even more.

I woke up at six – effing – thirty this morning. I don’t think I even slept that well last night. I rolled out of bed at 7, showered, and started putting aside some clothes for the bar trip. In that pile, I saw this skirt and decided to work with it today. I picked it up for $10 at H&M a few weeks back, and wasn’t sure how it wear it really. It’s kind of long, and high-waisted, but the pockets and the linen sold me. It came with a linen belt too, but i decided my favorite belt would be more fun.
